• You can scroll down the page or use the 'Quick Jump' feature to select shopping by brand - Lepel, Panache or Triumph.
• When you find an item you wish to view click 'More Info', select your size and colour and 'Add To Cart'.
• If you wish to change the quantity, simply type your requirement and click the 'Update' button
• When your happy with your shopping basket please press 'Proceed To Checkout' and complete your details as guided
• If you need to tell us about any requirements regarding your order, complete the section marked 'Special Requirements'.
• Select your delivery method ,UK, Europe or International
• Click the 'Continue' button to confirm your order to us. You will receive email/order confirmation.
• If you are paying by Debit/Credit card please press the 'Click Here' button and complete your details to us. Please note the padlock which shows on your internet browser means your payment details are in a 100% safe and secure area. Once you have provided us with your card payment details you will receive email/payment confirmation.

• If you do not wish to place your order online we except telephone orders Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 5.30pm (GMT). During busy periods are telephone lines maybe engaged and your call will be transfered to an answering service, please leave your name and contact details, a customer service representatives will contact you as soon as possible.

• We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours depending on current stock levels and payment clearance.
• If an item is out of stock or sold out we will inform you by email and either offer an alternative or place your item on 'Back Order' providing you with a expected delivery date.
• For your privacy all parcels are sent in plain packaging with your invoice enclosed.
RETURNS
• We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from La Bonita Online. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or the item/s are unsuitable please return and post back unworn, with all garment tags and in the original condition within the time scales below -
UK - 14 days
EUROPE - 21 days
INTERNATIONAL - 28 days
• Some items carry the symbol (NR), this means non-returnable (for e.g. Hosiery is non-returnable for hygiene reasons).
• When trying garments on, please be careful that your body is clean and fresh from any body odour, perfumes or sweat as ALL garments are inspected when returned to us - thank you.
RETURNS ADDRESS

• Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred in returning your item/s. Please obtain proof of posting as this is your returns receipt should your parcel be lost and you need to make a claim against the postal service.
• If you require any futher help regarding returns please email returns@labonitaonline.com. EXCHANGES
• We are happy to exchange item/s returned free of charge, provided you are requesting a different size or colour of the original item ordered. Please request this on your returns slip at the bottom of your invoice.
REFUNDS
• All refunds are refunded back to the original details you provided us used to place your order.
• You must advise us of any card details which have expired.
• Refunds can take between 5-7 days. Our credit control department will inform you when your refund has been issued.
FAULTY GOODS/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
• If for any reason you believe that an item is faulty or have received a wrong item, please email customerservice@labonitaonline.com within 7 days informing us of the item in question and the fault. We can arrange a reserve replacement to be sent to you once we have received the item back for inspection.

UK - Signed Delivery 1st Class Royal Mail 2-3 working days - £2.95
EUROPE - Signed Airmail 5-7 working days - £5.50
INTERNATIONAL - Signed Airmail 7-10 working days - £7.50
• Standard Airmail is no longer available for deliveries outside the UK.
• All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available the postal service will leave a card. You will need to take proof of indentity to collect your parcel.
• La Bonita Online.Com will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by strikes/disputes with Royal Mail and Signed Airmail deliveries.

• If we feel any fraudulent use of a card is being used we hold the right to inform the local authority.
• We may sometimes ask you for further identification before processing your order. This process is protecting your rights.
